Metal Staircase

Many metal staircases can get abused from foot traffic and just from the weather here in the Midwest.  Shown here, a fully rusted out staircase was transformed without building a new one.  First, all of the rust needs to be completely removed, then 3/16" deck plate is bent in our shop to correct specifications, the treads are then painted with a production enamel, then welded to the stringers on site.  Any patches or other material is added for structure(determined by engineering requests).  Finally, the staircase is painted on site with the same production enamel.
